Chef Amos’s stuffed mushrooms

Crushed garlic – to your own taste
150ml fresh cream
A hand full of finely chopped fresh parsley
As much cheese as you would like
Portuguese Chourico finely chopped
A pinch of salt
Four black mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Brush with some olive oil and grill for about two minutes.
In a pot mix the garlic, cream, parsley, cheese, Chourico and salt together and bring to boil for a few minutes until it thickens.
Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing.
Garnish and serve to the special man in your life.
